先后主持国家自然科学基金青年基金项目“采后损伤加速杨梅乙烯生成及果实衰老进程的分子调控机制”，浙江省公益性项目“荧光定量PCR技术在微加工蔬菜沙门氏菌快速检测中的应用研究”，浙江省公益性项目“多重微滴数字PCR在海产品致病菌快速检测中的应用”，宁波市科学基金项目“鳀鱼发酵甲基营养型芽孢杆菌产蛋白酶的分子解释与催化特性研究”，参与省部级以上项目多项。主持横向项目多项。以第一作者在《Amino Acids》、《Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry》、《Plant Molecular Biology Reporter》和《Letters in Applied Microbiology》等SCI收录期刊上发表高质量论文多篇。
